Built to Last

Once the plant is installed further work on the foundations is usually out of the question.

It is essential that the work is done to the highest standards to ensure it is fit for the lifetime of the plant.

When outside we must allow for conditions out of anyone's control, pollution can have a corrosive effect on buildings so proper cladding and protection is a must.

Accommodating existing utilities

Power supplies and drainage are usually at fixed points which MRI London has to work around and accommodate..

When we consider the layout for foundation work we must ensure access to utilities.

Power supplies can be routed using cables but drainage is absolutely fixed, so free flow of rainwater is a priority consideration.

As with many things the devil is in the detail, we understand the overall picture and how all the various needs and elements must be catered for.
